You are absolutely right that keeping well hydrated is important; it is also important to check with your doctor before using a sauna or steam room if you have any medical condition, including but not limited to heart or blood pressure problems.

Another good way to help yourself relax is to use a hot tub or spa.  The hydro therapeutic effects of jets that mix air with water can help work out tension and stress that can build up in muscles.</description>
